Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

We embrace the concept of community and social responsibility and we have integrated social and environmental concerns into our business model. We conduct every aspect of our business with honesty, integrity, openness and respect for all.

Our Commitment

We recognise that Wildings does not operate in isolation. Our employees depend on our business as well as our customers. Furthermore, our suppliers and the local community are all influenced by what we do. We embrace the concept of community and social responsibility and we have integrated social and environmental concerns into our business model. We conduct every aspect of our business with honesty, integrity, openness and respect for all.

Community

We have strong links with the local community in North West Birmingham which have been built over the last 30 years and we wish to continue to develop these links. We also wish to establish similar links to the community in the City of Manchester and our initiatives reflect this.

In the future Wildings are hoping to launch a mobile facility to enable the firm to reach out into the community and provide free initial advice to local people on the issues that affect their daily lives.

As an ethical and responsible business, from time to time we also undertake deserving pro bono work with the aim of making legal advice and representation accessible to the most vulnerable in society.

Head to our events page to view pictures from the ceremonies and projects that we have attended and taken part in.

Environment

We are aware of the need to minimise our impact on the environment and are actively engaged in reducing our Carbon Footprint to improve our living and working environment by way of energy efficiency and recycling initiatives.

As part of our commitment to CSR where possible we seek to use locally based suppliers in order to reduce the impact on the environment and benefit the local economy and community.

Reviewing Our Impact

We review the overall operational success of our CSR policy on an annual basis and ensure that the findings are incorporated into the next year’s initiatives.

Going forward – we will continue to expand on our CSR initiatives. If you have any proposals then please do not hesitate to contact us on our Freephone 0330 333 8797 or email info@wildings-solicitors.co.uk

EMPLOYEES

We are committed to recruiting, employing and promoting individuals on the basis of the qualifications and abilities needed for the job in line with our Equal and Diversity Policy. We are committed to providing our employees with the training they need to assist them in realising their potential.

We actively encourage our employees to share ideas including for fundraising and allowing staff time to participate in voluntary activities.
