Wildings Solicitors is an established and fast growing full service law firm with offices in Birmingham and Manchester. We are now looking for an highly driven RTA Fee Earner to join our Birmingham office. This is an exciting and progressive opportunity for a determined and bright RTA fee earner to build a career within a dynamic and forward thinking team.

The successful RTA Fee Earner will be required to handle a busy caseload of pre-litigated/litigated RTA claims. You will be required to handle a caseload of portal claims and you must have experience of litigation.

The Candidate

This is an exciting and challenging role for a RTA Fee Earner to become part of a vibrant claimant Personal Injury team.

As an RTA Fee Earner, you will have at least 12 months RTA experience and be confident using the MOJ portal. It is imperative that the successful RTA Fee Earner is tenacious, hard working and used to a fast paced environment with excellent inter-personal skills.

Experience of dealing with holiday sickness claims and flight delay claims would be a distinct advantage.
