What is 'due diligence' in a commercial property context?

How is Stamp Duty (SDLT) different for commercial property?

What are 'Heads of Terms'?

What is a 'break clause'?

A break clause is a term in a lease that allows either the landlord or the tenant (or both) to end the lease early, provided they meet certain conditions. Our commercial lease solicitors can negotiate these on your behalf.

Who is responsible for repairs in a commercial lease?
