What is the time limit for bringing a tribunal claim?

There are very strict time limits. For most claims, like unfair dismissal, you must start the process by contacting ACAS for Early Conciliation within **three months less one day** from the date of the event (e.g., the date your employment ended). It is absolutely crucial to seek legal advice immediately.

What is an "Industrial Tribunal"?

Industrial Tribunals were the original name for the courts that handle workplace disputes. In Great Britain, they were renamed Employment Tribunals in 1998.
