Key Questions About Tribunal Claims
There are very strict time limits. For most claims, like unfair dismissal, you must start the process by contacting ACAS for Early Conciliation within **three months less one day** from the date of the event (e.g., the date your employment ended). It is absolutely crucial to seek legal advice immediately.
Industrial Tribunals were the original name for the courts that handle workplace disputes. In Great Britain, they were renamed Employment Tribunals in 1998. The name is still used informally, but the legal body is the Employment Tribunal. We are specialist solicitors for all Employment Tribunal matters.
